Important Announcement from the South Carolina Bureau of EMS - Data Import Compliance Testing

Subject: Data Import Compliance Testing for NEMSIS v3
    From: noreply_cis@emspic.org
    Date: Tue, January 03, 2017 3:15 pm

All Agencies currently using the NEMSIS Version 2 Import process (those using PreMIS Web to submit data may feel free to ignore this message):

The EMSPIC and the SC Bureau of EMS are beginning data import compliance testing for NEMSIS v3. Similar to the v2 process, your agency is required to submit sample PCRs to ensure that your data collection software product is properly configured for the South Carolina State EMS Data System. Successful completion of this process is required for your agency to gain approval from the SC Bureau of EMS to start formally submitting v3 data.

Note that there is no requirement for vendors to be tested individually because only those vendors listed with NEMSIS as NEMSIS V3 Collect Data Compliant for 3.3.4 will be eligible to test.

To begin testing, please contact Jeff Robertson at the EMSPIC at jrobertson@emspic.org or (866)773-6477.

    Thank you,
The EMSPIC and the SC Bureau of EMS
