This tool compares the reported 911 dispatch complaint with the actual findings recorded by EMS providers at the scene of the call. The provider findings available include; 1) The EMS provider's impression of the patient's condition and 2) The primary symptom the patient was experiencing. Click on any "caller complaint" and the dashboard will display the corresponding provider impression and recorded symptoms. Click again on the caller complaint to return to the original screen. You can also click on any provider finding to investigate the corresponding dispatch caller complaints. For more information regarding how to use this dashboard, as well as the criteria used to select records, see the companion document.
