The NEMSIS Technical Assistance Center (TAC)  held the annual meeting in Park City Utah at “The Lodges at Deer Valley” on October 2-3, 2017.  We enjoyed great participation and discussion of the attendees representing State Data Managers, Software Development Company, and EMS Agency representatives.

The NEMSIS TAC is developing an API allowing software products to request state and national benchmark data based on the EMS COMPASS measures. The technical guide outlines a beta development made available to software developers to provide feedback on the underlying constructs of the project. The V3 Performance Measures Service Technical Guide describes the available API and highlights its application and additional features that will be present in future releases.

 

The NEMSIS TAC conducts Version 3 Implementation Conference Calls to assist Software Developer’s implementation of the NEMSIS Version standard. The calls are scheduled on 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm   Eastern Time (9:00 am – 10:30 am Mountain Time). The National EMS Information System Technical Assistance Center is pleased to announce that the EMS Software Companies and their Products (based on version) listed here, have achieved NEMSIS Version 3 Compliance! Currently active versions of NEMSIS include: V3.3.4 and V3.4.0.
