As part of the annual meeting, participants will have the opportunity to take part in a curling activity. Please note that curling is played on ice and involves physical movement and coordination.

The ice surface is cold and slippery, which may increase the risk of slips or falls. Participants should take appropriate precautions and be mindful of their footing at all times.

For safety and comfort, all participants are required to wear:

• Closed-toe athletic (tennis) shoes
• A warm jacket
